Join Our Team

Operate excavators, skid loaders, and other heavy machinery to perform precise excavation, grading, and site preparation for swimming pool installations and other outdoor projects.
Safely maneuver equipment to dig trenches, level surfaces, and move materials according to project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure functionality.
Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to execute work accurately.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address challenges and coordinate tasks efficiently.

At least 2 years of proven experience operating excavators and skid loaders, preferably in construction or landscaping.
Proficiency in excavation techniques, grading principles, and site preparation procedures.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precise equipment operation.
Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
OSHA certification (preferred but not required).
