Join Our Team

    • Lead and inspire your team to deliver top-notch plant care services, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.

    • Develop and manage plant care schedules and budgets to keep operations efficient.

    • Conduct regular plant health assessments, making adjustments to ensure optimal growth and vitality.

    • Consult with clients on plant care needs, providing expert advice on selection, placement, and ongoing maintenance.

    • Supervise and maintain accurate plant inventory and detailed records for each project.

    • Ensure safety standards and regulations are upheld, fostering a secure work environment.

    • Train and mentor plant care specialists, providing guidance to help them succeed.

    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.

    • At least 3 years of plant care or landscaping experience, with a proven record of leadership.

    • Passion and proficiency in horticulture, including pruning, fertilization, and pest control.

    • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or a related field.

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and crew.

    • The ability to thrive in outdoor environments and adapt to various weather conditions.

    • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

    • A valid driver’s license and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet project demands.
