Inventory Management and Deployment

• Oversee ordering, tracking, and stocking of both durable and non-durable items for installations and services.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and accountability for pool equipment and kits delivered and stored at the shop.

• Prepare pool equipment and kits for delivery at the correct phase of the pool building process.

• Collaborate with management to create and maintain the pool team schedule.

Subcontractor Coordination

• Develop and manage schedules for subcontractors, ensuring timely task completion.

• Notify subcontractors when their work is required and oversee critical aspects of their tasks, such as coping pours.

• Streamline workflows between subcontractors and internal teams to enhance efficiency.

Service Management

• Act as the first point of contact for service calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Implement service tickets and billing processes to streamline service operations.

• Document installations thoroughly, including pictures, equipment details, and serial numbers.

• Establish and maintain standard procedures for pool installations, from kit procurement to material delivery.

• Create accurate and accessible project packs and job tickets for subcontractors.

• Implement and refine deployment checklists, such as dig/panels, liner, and winterization.

• Develop sourcing strategies for durable and non-durable items.

• Enhance setup processes for subcontractors and internal teams.

• Proven experience in pool operations, project management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage inventory, schedules, and operational processes.

• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure project and service excellence.

• Technical aptitude for documenting installations and tracking service requests.

• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative to improve workflows and processes.
