Stipends
Vehicle stipend: $600/month (maintenance responsibility of the employee).
Fuel stipend: $300/month, assuming fuel costs of $3.25/gallon.

Join Our Team

Manage a robust pipeline, prospecting $4.5MM in qualified leads annually ($350,000 monthly).
Sources include referrals, marketing leads, and targeted outreach to builders and real estate agents.
Utilize Pipedrive CRM to document leads, track progress, record notes, and set reminders.
Ensure accuracy in lead status, lost reasons, and customer communication records.
Create and present peer-reviewed estimates and designs, participating in joint sales calls as needed.
Attend and actively participate in scheduling meetings without distractions.

Book projects by completing templates (Bill of Materials, Hours Estimate, etc.) and submitting to finance with required documentation.
Confirm lot lines, setbacks, plot plan measurements, and utility locates align with project plans.
Oversee project delivery by coordinating timelines, managing customer expectations, and supporting the operations team.
Conduct project reviews with the Operations Team and meet customers onsite to reset expectations and define roles.
Assist in collecting progress and final payments.

Proven experience in sales with a focus on relationship management and revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) for lead tracking and documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage detailed project workflows and customer interactions.
Ability to meet pipeline targets of $1MM per 90 days with a minimum 35% gross margin per project.
Commitment to following documentation procedures and conditions, including no side work or conflicts of interest.
Willingness to adhere to specific expectations for scheduling meeting participation and attendance.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to manage vehicle maintenance under stipend coverage.
