Team Leadership: Train and oversee your crew in all aspects of softscape installation, including planting, pruning, and corrective pruning.
Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, from light to heavy machinery, to complete projects efficiently.
Project Execution: Read and interpret landscape plans, lay out job sites, and order materials to keep projects on track.
Horticultural Expertise: Use your knowledge to select and care for trees, shrubs, and perennials, ensuring vibrant, healthy landscapes.
Remarkable Results: Ensure successful completion of assigned projects by holding your crew accountable and maintaining high standards.
Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service and interact professionally with clients.
Safety Management: Maintain a clean, secure work environment for your crew and clients.
Seasonal Support: Assist with snow and ice management during the winter months.

At least 3 years in landscaping, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of horticultural practices, including planting, pruning, and identifying trees, shrubs, and perennials.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold yourself and your team accountable.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs. of material and equipment.
A self-motivated, reliable, and eager-to-learn attitude.
