Keep pools pristine by performing routine maintenance such as cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment inspections.
Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
Handle seasonal pool openings and closings to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve water quality issues, ensuring pools are safe and sparkling clean.
Install and upgrade pool and spa equipment, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used for efficiency and compliance.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance and repair (preferred but not required).
Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, water chemistry, and equipment operation.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment types.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to build trust with clients.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality results.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
